What we collect
When you join the RARE GEMS early-access list, we collect one thing: your email address. We also record which form you used to sign up (for example, the hero or footer form) so we can understand how people find the list. We do not collect names, passwords, payment details or any other personal information on this website.
How we use your email
Your email address is used only to send you RARE GEMS updates: development news, first looks, early-access invitations and launch announcements. We will not sell, rent or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data is stored
Signups are processed and stored by our mailing-list provider, GetLaunchList. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. We only use them to store your email address and send the messages described above.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool, to understand overall traffic to this site. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across websites. We never log email addresses into analytics events.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will stop contacting you. You may also contact us to access, correct or delete the email address we hold for you, and we will do so promptly.
Data retention
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the early-access list is no longer needed — whichever comes first.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify the early-access list by email.
